GreenhouseGasMeasurement.com has successfully qualified under a competitive process as a third-party reviewer of GHG reduction technology projects for the Canadian Opportunities Envelope (OE). A key factor in the OE is the cost-effectiveness of the GHG reductions attributable to the proposed initiatives.
The $160 million OE provides financial support for cost-effective, GHG-reducing projects and programs brought forward by the Provinces and Territories. OE assists its provincial and territorial partners in taking action on their climate change priorities while contributing to national climate change goals over the three year period (2004-05 to 2006-07).
